Munk Advisory is a professional corporate finance advisor.
We help startups and SMEs with capital raising, change of ownership and consultancy services, and have a special focus on the tech, manufacturing and trading companies. We are based in Aarhus, Denmark, and are primarily focused on Danish clients.
We have many years of experience with corporate transactions, both on the seller / company side and on the buyer / investor side. We have an very large and active network among over 1,000 Danish and international investors business executives and possible acquirers.
We solve our tasks professionally and in full discretion, and offer our assistance as your professional sparring partner with advice on raising capital, change of ownership and management buy-in.

Our Founder
Munk Advisory is founded by Søren Munk.
Søren has a background as a engineer (MSc in robotics) combined with a business administration degree. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several different industries having management roles in product development, innovation and sales / business development. From 2009-19, he was responsible for start-up and SME investments in a Danish investment fund, where he carried out minority investments in and acquisitions of Danish unlisted companies.
